Premier Estate Buyers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates premierestatebuyersnj.com. This policy describes how we process information when visitors use the site, request an evaluation, contact us, subscribe to email updates, or voluntarily enroll in SMS communications.
Information we collect
For inquiries and appointments, we may collect names, telephone numbers, email addresses, appointment preferences, and information visitors provide about items for evaluation. For email subscriptions, we may collect an email address, optional name, consent and confirmation timestamps, subscription status, and unsubscribe history. Technical operations may collect IP addresses, browser details, cookies, and security logs.
Optional SMS communications and separate consent
Our published SMS enrollment form allows a customer to independently elect: (1) post-transaction requests for honest feedback, and/or (2) promotional SMS about return-customer offers or special buying events. Both selections are unchecked by default and optional. A telephone number provided for an inquiry, an appointment, or a transaction does not by itself authorize either category of recurring SMS.
With the relevant recorded permission, the follow-up program may send one review invitation approximately two hours after a completed transaction and, only for separately enrolled marketing recipients, up to two promotional messages approximately seven and thirty days after that transaction. Frequency varies according to eligibility, activity, and actual consent. Neither an offer nor an evaluation is conditioned on a customer posting a review or giving a favorable rating.
Individual appointment-related or customer-service replies may be made when a customer directly requests them and where authorized. A request for an individual response does not enroll the customer in recurring marketing or review texts. We do not treat the website’s appointment or contact forms as authorization for recurring SMS.

Where a person opts in, we may retain their mobile number, consent category, the notice presented, source, timestamp, and status or opt-out history needed to document preferences and suppress unwanted texts. Do not submit another person’s mobile number without their permission.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Authorized service providers such as our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers may process data solely as necessary to operate the program.
How we use personal information
We use information to answer inquiries, arrange appraisals and appointments, communicate about requested services, maintain the website, process independently authorized email and SMS subscriptions, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. Providing promotional consent is never a condition of selling valuables, receiving an evaluation, or scheduling an appointment.
Marketing emails
Email subscriptions are separate from SMS enrollment. An email opt-in does not authorize marketing texts, and an SMS opt-in does not automatically enroll a person in email marketing. Promotional email communications identify Premier Estate Buyers and provide an unsubscribe mechanism. We maintain necessary suppression records for people who opt out.
Information storage, service providers, and sharing
Information collected through website forms may be stored in access-controlled systems administered by Premier Estate Buyers and its authorized service providers. Website hosting, security, appointment processing, email delivery, and SMS providers may process information for these operational purposes. We do not sell email subscriber lists or mobile opt-in records.
Cookies, analytics, and outside services
The website may use functional cookies, security services, performance tools, analytics, and third-party content. Linked third-party services have their own policies. Visitors may manage browser cookie settings.
Data retention, security, and requests
We maintain administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our services but cannot guarantee absolute security. Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, honor consent and opt-out choices, and comply with applicable obligations.
