Enrollment and optional categories
Customers voluntarily enroll at our SMS signup page or through a documented in-store consent process. The online form has two independently selectable, unchecked options: (1) an invitation to provide honest feedback about a completed transaction, and (2) marketing and return-customer offers. Selecting neither option does not authorize enrollment. A transaction, an evaluation, and an appointment do not require SMS consent.
Message types and frequency
If a completed transaction qualifies and the customer opted in to review invitations, we may send one voluntary review request approximately two hours afterward. With separately recorded promotional consent, we may send up to two promotional follow-ups associated with that transaction, around seven and thirty days afterward. Frequency varies based on transactions and preferences. No further promotional reminders arise from that transaction. Separately requested, one-to-one appointment or customer-service texts are not enrollment in either recurring category.
Offers and reviews
All review requests seek honest, voluntary feedback, with no required rating. Return-customer bonuses and other offers have eligibility, expiration, and other conditions communicated in each promotion. No bonus is conditioned on leaving a review or on review sentiment.

Contact us if you wish to update your communication preferences. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in records with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes. Service providers may process these records to operate our messaging service. See the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We will publish changes to these terms on this page. Material modifications to the nature of consent will require updated consent when legally required.
